Would you like to join the central scheduling group of the operational area with dedicated colleagues who are driven to create efficient and sustainable schedules for employees in user-centered work? Then you might be the one we are looking for.
What can we offer you?
The focus will be on scheduling where you will be responsible for supporting two management areas within LSS in close collaboration with the responsible unit managers. Additionally, handling absence and other administrative tasks may occur. We would like you to have the ability to maintain a high pace during periods and easily adapt to new conditions with a focus on problem-solving.
Your future tasks
As a scheduler, you are responsible for developing sustainable schedule proposals based on the staffing requirements of the units and the users' implementation plans. You are responsible for creating resource-efficient solutions through joint staffing where possible. The assignment also includes managing the operational area's absence during scheduled time, weekdays during the day. The handling of absence is shared evenly within the central scheduling group. You are responsible for ensuring that employees' absences and any expenses are registered in the payroll system.
You report directly to the operations manager and are part of a smaller group of schedulers and administrators within LSS and social psychiatry as your closest colleagues.
Who are you?
You have a high school education and documented experience in scheduling. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the laws and agreements that govern scheduling as well as experience with Timecare and Personec data systems. Additionally, it is beneficial if you have experience working within LSS and social psychiatry.
